Hot and Spicy Crispy Chicken Fingers (Appetizers) (serves 40)

 

  • Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 3/4 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon Paprika 
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
  • 3/4 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 2 lbs Chicken Breasts, skinless, boneless, cut into 1" pieces

 

1. Heat 1 inch of vegetable oil to 350F in a large frying pan.

2. Meanwhile Pour milk in a bowl.  In a large ZipLock bag mix together flour, parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic salt, onion salt, oregano, ground sage and dry mustard. 

3. Next dip chicken bits into milk;  then place ten pieces of chicken at a time in the bag and shake well to coat.

4. Carefully place chicken in heated oil and fry chicken  turning occasionally, for about 5-6 minutes until crispy and golden.

Fry several batches, to avoid crowding chicken together in your fry pan.

 Drain well. Serve hot with your favorite buttermilk ranch, bleu cheese or BBQ dipping sauce.
